Playing from Sept. 23-27, Spotlight Productions presents La Mission in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. The movie will play in the Spotlight Theater, located in the Kirkhof Center. The LIB 100/201-approved film will be played at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on days the film is shown. The film is a drama that tells the story of Che Rivera, from growing up in the Mission District of San Francisco to his path of redemption. The showing of the movie precedes a visit to Grand Valley State University by its director Peter Bratt, who will be the subject of a Q & A session on Oct. 2.
