Pigskin Pick'ems

11/18/2009

Matt Kuzawa (3-1 last week, 26-14 overall)

Ohio State 36 Michigan 20 - A second consecutive historically bad season culminates with yet another loss to the archrival Buckeyes.

Penn State 24 Michigan State 17 - I will be the first to say I don't believe Penn State ever gets the credit they deserve. Year after year they show they are a Big Ten contender, yet they get no love.

Lions 27 Browns 23 - Yes, both offenses are absolutely atrocious, which brings me to the conclusion that both teams will forget to play defense. This game is epic.

Greg Monahan (4-0 last week, 29-11 overall)

Ohio State 31 Michigan 23 - After a 4-0 start to their season, who would have guessed the Wolverines wouldn't make a bowl?

Penn State 24 Michigan State 20 - This is an underrated rivalry and should be a more entertaining game than OSU against U of M, but the Nittany Lions defense will make the difference for PSU's 10th win.

Lions 15 Browns 12 - In a game of all field goals, I pick Jason Hanson to be the real winner here.

Eagles 34 Bears 20 - With the Bears' defense nowhere near where it used to be, McNabb and the Eagles will have a field day.

Jared Greenleaf (4-0 last week, 26-14 overall)

Ohio State 30 Michigan 17 - Michigan will keep it close in the first half. However, they will do what they've done plenty of the last two seasons: implode in the second half.

Penn State 24 Michigan State 20 - This one could go either way, but I like the Nittany Lions behind running back Evan Royster to pull off their 10th victory of the season in East Lansing.

Lions 6 Browns 2 - As the Lions compete in Toilet Bowl II (Rams-Lions Toilet Bowl I) this week, I like them to pull off the win against the upset-minded Browns.

Eagles 20 Bears 17 - Both teams have been on the downfall, but I like Donovan McNabb and the Eagles defense (my fantasy defense) to come away with the victory.

Aaron Brandt (4-0 last week, 26-14 overall)

Ohio State 34 Michigan 10 - No chance for Michigan. The team is too worn out from another disappointing season.

Penn State 38 Michigan State 29 - It seems every time the Spartans build some kind of momentum, they have a meltdown.

Browns 3 Lions 0 - There are no winners in this game.

Eagles 26 Bears 13 - Jay Cutler's terrible play will catch up to the Bears this week.
